Three basic components of a small carbonated beverage production line:

1. Filling Part

The small-scale carbonated beverage production line is designed and manufactured by itself based on the principle of isobaric filling, which realizes filling liquid into washed bottles sent by the bottle puncher.

The filling valve adopts the equal pressure mechanical valve, which fills quickly and sensitively, and has high filling liquid level accuracy.

The guide rod alignment is adopted for the alignment guide, and the unique bottle jamming technology is adopted to ensure the accurate sealing between the bottle mouth and the filling valve, thus reducing the leakage of materials from the bottle mouth.

The main drive adopts gear drive, i.e. open combined drive, which has high efficiency, low noise, long service life, convenient maintenance and sufficient lubrication. Frequency converter is used to control the speed of the main motor of the machine. The machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.

The guide bottle system has simple structure and can be changed quickly and conveniently according to the bottle type. The whole machine is conveyed by the bottleneck structure of the card.

The whole machine can be automatically controlled by PLC, and the fault can be displayed online, such as bottle stoppage, cap missing, etc.

Material automatic control in filling cylinder, liquid level sensor detection is used to ensure liquid level stability and filling reliability.

2. Bottle-flushing Part

The small-scale carbonated beverage production line is a rotary bottle puncher, which is mainly used for washing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. Then the bottle is sent to the filling machine for filling.

The PET bottle enters the equipment from the bottle-dividing star wheel, which is clamped by the clamp and the overturning mechanism, and turns the bottle mouth downward. After washing with sterile water, the PET bottle is drained, and the bottle mouth is turned upward automatically. The bottle is transported to the filling machine by the bottle-dividing star wheel.

The main structure of the equipment and the contact part of the flushing medium and the external protective cover are all made of high quality stainless steel, and the open gear drive.

The new stainless steel clamp is simple in structure and easy to adjust. It has less contact area with the bottle mouth and effectively avoids the secondary pollution of the bottle mouth. The intake pipe of the bottle punch is equipped with a pressure gauge punch with a water receiving plate to recover the bottle-flushing water.

3. Screw-cap part

The screw cap part of the small carbonated beverage production line will be screwed from the finished cap tightener to the bottle filled with the product, and sent to the later process by the conveyor chain.

The screwdriver drives the rotary disc to rotate through the reducer. The cover is removed from the hopper from the outlet under the action of centrifugal force.

There is a positive and negative cover separation device at the exit. When the reverse cover passes by, the cover falls into the return pipe automatically, and the reverse cover is blown into the hopper automatically by wind.

Only the positive cover can enter the slideway smoothly, and the cover quantity in hopper can be automatically detected by photoelectric switch to control the cover conveyor, so as to ensure that the lower cover achieves high quality effect.

When the front cover enters the slideway, it can enter the feeding cover plate smoothly. In order to prevent accidents, a dial with anti-back cover is installed on the slideway to ensure that the cover of the feeding cover plate enters correctly. An optoelectronic switch is also installed on the slideway. When no cover is detected, the main engine is stopped immediately.

In order to effectively remove the bad cover without burglar ring and the remaining cover when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to satisfy this function.
